Founder & Head Instructor

Greg Melita is a seasoned martial artist and instructor at Hamptons Jiu-Jitsu. With over two decades of experience in Jiu Jitsu and other combat sports, Greg has developed a deep understanding of technique and strategy, as well as a passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential. HJJ offers a unique opportunity for any student: Coaches from various Jiu-Jitsu Lineages and styles/ teaching methods.
